Hydraulic high pressure water heater (WHU) produces hot water or boiling steam, boosting the washing power of high pressure water in even the most demanding cleaning tasks. High temperature considerably intensifies the impact effect and scouring capacity of water jets in washing.

Especially intended for mobile use, the WHU unit is connected to an on-board electric system of 12 or 24 V. The heater unit is oil fired or connected to fuel system of the carriner vehicle.

The water heater unit comprises following units and assemblies:
+ Oil fired boiler with heating coil
+ Fuel pump and fan assembly
+ Oil burner with torch controller
+ Control equipment, including flow and pressure switches, and adjustable thermostat
+ Fuel gas temperature limiter
+ Overflow valve

The heater unit is designed to be used in the pressure line of Dynaset hydraulic high pressure pump.
