The Dynaset rescue tool power pack (HRU) is especially designed for fire trucks and other rescue vehicles to power heavy hydraulic equipment, such as shears, cutters and expansion tools used in firefighting and salvage operations.

Because of its unique operating principle, the rescue tool power pack is highly reliable and requires very little mainenance. The power pack has only one moving part, the piston assemby. Hydraulic fluid is used in all of its circuits. The power tool circuit is hermetic and isolated from actuating hydraulic circuit.

The power pack utilises advantageous Dynaset piston technology, which enables extremely high power-to-weight ratio.
