Portable Hydraulic Welder (models HWG 200 and HWG 250) has the red cover design, and is equipped with a handle. Portable welder models have stepless welding current adjustment.

HWG 200 uses max 4 mm, and HWG 250 uses max 5 mm welding electrodes.

HWG 200 has 60 V DC arc striking voltage, HWG 250 has 65 V DC arc striking voltage. All models have welding voltage of 22-32 VDC. HWG 200 and HWG 250 are available in two different pressure/oil flow models.

Series K Hydraulic Welding Generator (models HWG 180, HWG 220, HWG 300 and HWG 400) has the black/silver design. Series K models have a multi range selector for welding current.

Maximum welding electrode sizes:
HWG 180: 4 mm; HWG 220: 5 mm; HWG 300: 6 mm; HWG 400: 7mm

Arc striking voltages for K-series models:
HWG 180 and HWG 220 : 73 V DC, HWG 300: 75 V DC, HWG 400: 70 V DC.
All models have welding voltage of 22-32 VDC. Auxiliary electricity can be used during welding.
