Reijo Karppinen, general manager of Dynaset Oy, attended Winter Swimming Finnish Championships and World Championships in London. In London he was 7th in series of over 50-year old competitors. In the series there were over 70 competitors from 21 countries.

For years, Reijo has had the habit of relieving stress by dipping in the freezing water. Sometimes he swims for as long as 5 minutes.

He has convinced many international Dynaset Oy guests to try it too. many have liked it, some think it's crazy.
